Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but equipped with everything I needed, and it was quiet on the courtside. The morning breakfast, although included, had a bit of a queue every day, but overall it was a nice touch.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the Zocalo and Catedral, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms were pretty comfortable, and we even had a street-facing room that allowed us to watch the lively parades passing by. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially when we noticed some dirty sheets - they promptly changed them with a smile. The dining was a pleasant surprise with delicious cooked-to-order meals. Definitely a great value for the fantastic experience I had here.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, though small, had all the basics and some useful amenities like WiFi and showers, but they were dark and not very clean. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Mexico City with plenty to see and do nearby. The dining experience was average, with some good options but nothing exceptional. The service was good overall, with housekeeping being attentive. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, right in the heart of Mexico City with amazing historical landmarks around. However, the rooms were uncomfortable and too small, with an unpleasant smell. The dining experience was a nice surprise, but the noise from a neighboring room was disturbing.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms for the second night were surprisingly good with a wonderful rooftop breakfast restaurant and views, a stark contrast to the initially shown less appealing ones. The price was higher than expected for a lousy motel but worth it for the upgraded rooms.
The hotel is situated in an amazing part of Mexico City, surrounded by historical landmarks and delicious food options. The rooms are quiet on the courtside, equipped with a safe, and offer a cozy warmth despite the chilly temperatures. However, there is no temperature control available. The service is excellent with convenient amenities available. The location is superb, just a block away from the Zocalo and surrounded by plenty of dining choices. The dining experience could be improved. Overall, a great value for the price.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, though small, were clean, suitable for a single person, and had a wonderful rooftop breakfast restaurant with amazing views.
The hotel's location is excellent if you want to visit the Centro-historical district, with lots of restaurants just a block away. The rooms, although not top-notch and somewhat worn, serve their purpose for a one-night stay. The delicious breakfast included in the price is a nice touch, but the presence of cockroaches was definitely a major downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were just fine, with a very cold temperature that couldn't be regulated but a warm blanket in the closet. The location was fabulous, right near the Zocalo with plenty of restaurants nearby. The dining experience was hit or miss, but the inclusive breakfast was a plus. The service was decent, offering housekeeping and tour assistance. However, the noise level due to the busy intersection and the inconsistency in the dining quality were notable drawbacks.
The hotel offers clean and cozy rooms for a reasonable price, including breakfast. The service is attentive and quick to address any issues. The location is superb with historical landmarks and great food nearby, but noise from neighbors can be disruptive. Dining options are decent with a satisfying breakfast included in the rate.
The hotel had a mixed experience with rooms that appeared worn out but were kept clean, despite lacking temperature control. The warmth of the blanket provided some comfort. The location was unbeatable for exploring the historic sites and enjoying local cuisine, with Zocalo at a stone's throw. The dining options were subpar, but the price including breakfast was reasonable. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
For just AUD35 a night including breakfast, the hotel offers small but clean rooms. The rooftop breakfast restaurant with stunning views is a definite highlight. However, the room size is tiny, fitting only a bed and two night tables, more suitable for a single person.
